VIRTUAL TRAINING OVERVIEW: MANAGING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Effective performance management is about more than an annual review. It’s an ongoing process of setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, recognizing strong performance, supporting employee growth, and addressing concerns when they arise.

During this interactive training, you’ll explore practical approaches to managing employee performance and accountability throughout the performance process. We’ll cover how to set and communicate expectations, provide effective coaching and feedback, recognize and reinforce strong performance, and support employee development. We’ll also explore how to identify and address performance concerns, document issues objectively, determine when corrective action may be appropriate, and prepare for difficult employee conversations.

Through practical scenarios and discussion, you’ll come away with approaches for supporting strong performance, addressing challenges consistently and constructively, and navigating performance conversations with greater confidence.

Best for: People managers, HR/People & Talent staff, operations leaders, supervisors, and staff who advise or support managers on employee performance issues.
