The RCA Annual Conference & Culinology Expo is the premier gathering of product development and research chefs who are shaping the future of food. The food industry isn't slowing down, and neither should we. The theme of RCA 2027, Saddle Up for Innovation, is about taking the reins and helping shape what's next. It brings together culinary creativity, food science, and industry knowledge to challenge how we do things, explore new ideas, and turn them into something meaningful.
RCA 2027 attendees will be inspired and encouraged to explore what’s next in food, challenge conventional thinking, bring new perspectives to the conversation, and gain actionable ideas and takeaways they can implement after the event.
