Please be advised that neither RCA nor the conference venue will contact you directly to arrange accommodation. Anyone claiming to do so is not authorized to represent our organization. Only use RCA’s official hotel booking link on this page for accommodations.
The 2027 RCA Annual Conference & Culinology Expo will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.
RCA has secured a discounted block of rooms. The discounted room rate is $199 per night, plus taxes and fees. The room block will remain open until Friday, Feb. 26 or until sold-out.

The Sheraton Dallas Hotel will be updating our guest reservation systems on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. This is an exciting change designed to improve guest experience.
While we complete our preparations for this migration, Passkey reservations will continue to be accepted and guests will receive their Passkey confirmation following their booking. Beginning Tuesday, November 3, 2026, guests will not receive their Marriott reservation confirmation number until after Tuesday, November 17, 2026. No further action is required on their part; their reservations are secure.
