This year's conference will be held Dec. 7–9 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Each day brings members together around the issues shaping our union right now, from the legislative landscape to labor relations and staffing, with a daily briefing, a keynote, and a panel discussion. Breakout classes and open forums throughout each day give members the chance to chart their own path and dig into these topics together.

Every day also includes time with the National Executive Board, so members can hear directly from leadership and ask questions.

ATX 2026: Three Days. One Union.

Designed to connect and educate members, ATX 2026 delivers a dynamic, high-impact program built around three critical daily themes:

Day 1: Legislative: The New Landscape. Politics, hiring, shutdowns, and threats to the profession. This day is about what's on the table right now and what you can do about it from your facility.

Day 2: Negotiations: Understanding Labor Relations. What we can bargain, what we can't, and how the process actually works. Your rights under the contract, the union's rights at the table, and why every member needs to know both.

Day 3: Placement to Transfer: The New Rules. From your first facility to your next one, the process just changed and will continue to evolve. How the new NCEPT agreement works, what it means if you're waiting on a release, and how new hires get placed under the new system. The people who negotiated it walk you through it.

NATCA National covers your hotel room and tax in full when you share with another dues-paying member for the covered nights of the event. Single-occupancy rooms are covered at 50 percent. Airfare reimbursement is also available for eligible facilities under the NATCA Expense Reimbursement Policy.
