2026 Conference Policies:

• Participation is available to confirmed NACCDO and CMCA Members.
• Non-Member registration is limited to development attendees that are eligible for NACCDO Membership but are not NACCDO Members.
• Commercial entities/vendors must be a confirmed sponsor to participate.
• Speaking Opportunities for commercial entities/vendors is available only via a confirmed sponsorship at the Diamond level or higher via a partner presentation with an eligible NACCDO or CMCA Partner Institution. Requires confirmed sponsorship and abstract submission for consideration by December 19, 2025.
• Refunds: Cancellations prior to 3/27/26 subject to $100 fee for conference registration; Pre Conference sessions subject to an additional $35 cancellation fee. No refunds provided after 3/27/26.
• Incorrect selection of a non-member rate will result in additional processing fees.
• Accommodations are separate from conference registration, are processed directly with the hotel and are subject to hotel policies and currency of the location.  Deadline for booking at the group rate at Fairmont Royal York is 3/12/26. No NACCDO-CMCA group rates apply at any other hotel locations. 
• All conference balances must be paid in full in US Dollars by 4/20/26 in order to access the conference.
• Session selection is required by 4/20/26.
• A confirmed registration is required to access conference sessions.
• A Passport is required to enter Canada and must be valid for up to 6 months. Unless otherwise advised, US Citizens do not need a visa or eta to enter Canada.
