Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley, California

ATTO is the largest and most prestigious international conference in the field of attosecond science and technology held every two years. At ATTO, state-of-the-art research works are shared among scholars from academia, research institutes and industries from all over the world.

The conference program will be featuring invited and contributed talks, special Nobel laureate talk, three poster sessions, welcome reception (Sunday), banquet (Thursday) and excursion (Wednesday) commensurate with previous ATTO conferences. Friday is planned as a half-day.

Tahoe Region

Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, straddling the border of California and Nevada. It’s known for its beaches and ski resorts. On the southwest shore, Emerald Bay State Park contains the 1929 Nordic-style mansion Vikingsholm. Along the lake’s northeast side, Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park includes Sand Harbor Beach and Spooner Lake, a gateway to the long-distance Tahoe Rim Trail.

Venue

Palisades Tahoe is a top-tier resort in Olympic Valley, California; site of the 1960’s Winter Olympics north-west from Lake Tahoe.

The conference talks, poster sessions, reception and banquet will be held at he Palisades Tahoe resort.

Accommodation

Olympic Village, part of the resort, offers affordable on-site accommodation. Additional hotels are in walking distance and larger numbers of hotels lakeside at Tahoe City is a 30 min bus ride away.

We plan to block large contingent into early 2027 and consider room-share matching for students and post-docs.
