Accommodation
Olympic Village, located within the resort, offers convenient and affordable on-site accommodation for conference attendees. Additional hotels are available within walking distance, and a larger selection of lodging options is located lakeside in Tahoe City, approximately 30 minutes away by bus.

We plan to reserve a large block of rooms through early 2027. We are also considering a room-share matching option to help students and postdoctoral researchers reduce accommodation costs.
