FAQ | WE HAVE ANSWERS

CHECK-IN & ONSITE REGISTRATION

The deadline to register online at the standard pricing for the conference is November 19, 2024.

Attendees are welcome to check-in and receive their badge or register onsite at our registration table during the following hours:

  • Monday, December 2 - 4:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday, December 3 - 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Wednesday, December 4 - 7:00am - 2:00pm

Onsite pricing for the full two-day conference is $550.  We ask that you arrive prepared with a check or credit card as we will not be accepting purchase orders at the door for onsite registrations.

If you are registering onsite or are needing to pay your balance due for yourself or your group, we encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes early and go directly to the furthest check-in line labeled "Onsite Registration".

GROUP REGISTRATION

Can I register a group online?

Yes, and doing so is easy! Just select the "Register" button in the banner above and begin your registration. On the final page of registration, just below your Registration Summary, click the red button to add a group member. Repeat these steps to build your group of up to 10 people. This will allow you to enter your payment information one time as a group. You may also select to pay via check and print one group invoice (please see the Pricing page for check payment guidelines and instructions).

Do you offer group discounts?

We do not offer volume-based discounts at this time, as the registration cost has already been subsidized as much as possible through grants and sponsors to keep the ticket price as low as possible for our attendees.

MOBILE EVENT APP

Again this year, we invite you to make the most of your conference experience and download the conference mobile app! The app is the only place where you will get exclusive access to the conference schedule, session surveys, and connect with other attendees! More information on how to download and utilize the app will be available at a later date.

CREATING YOUR AGENDA

A few days prior to the event, you will be granted access to our mobile event app where you will have the ability to add sessions to your personalized schedule.

PLEASE NOTE: Adding sessions to your personalized schedule is for your planning and convenience only. It does not reserve a place for you within the session. Session rooms have capacity limitations that are strictly enforced by the venue. Admission to each session is on a first-come first-serve basis.

SESSION RESOURCES

Most session presentations, handouts, and resources utilized within our conference will be available to attendees within the mobile app.

DRESS CODE

There is no required dress code for this conference, however, most of our attendees typically choose to wear business-casual attire.

As a reminder, hotel ballrooms tend to be chilly so we encourage you to bring a blazer or sweater.

MEALS

Morning coffee, breakfast, and a buffet lunch will be available to all of our attendees on both days of the conference. You will be able to find the full menu within the conference mobile app when it becomes available.

If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, we ask that you indicate those within registration and we will try to accommodate them to the very best of our abilities.
