Need to claim your CE credits?

To  support the consistent and continuous development of patient experience professionals, ELEVATE PX is excited to offer up to 23.25 Patient  Experience Continuing Education (PXE), AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM (CME  for MD and DOs), Other learners using AMA designated certificates (PAs,  NPs and Nurses), NAHQ and Social Work credits to qualifying participants. To qualify, participants must complete a post-event CE survey verifying their participation within 30 days of the completed event. Certificates must be claimed by June 30.
