  • Institutional members may submit a proposal, co-presented with your company during the Fall Call for Sessions (by Oct. 31, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST).  Sessions submitted solely by a Corporate Member without an APGA garden partner will not be considered"
• Present a 15-minute BITE Session - CLOSED
  • Submit your proposal during the Fall Call for Sessions (by Oct. 31, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST). This session can be conducted by a Corporate Member with no required co-presenter but must be educational in nature. No sales pitches.
• Sponsor an Industry Insights Session:
  • This is an opportunity to present a demonstration or education session during the Conference for:
    • 30 minutes ($5,000) - SOLD
    • 60 minutes ($7,500) - SOLD

• Complimentary Conference registration for two booth workers on Wednesday & Thursday. 
• Registration includes daily lunch, access to concurrent sessions, and attendance at the Opening Reception & Exhibit Hall Opening on Tuesday evening. 
• Recognition on the 2026 Annual Conference Attendee Hub website and mobile app including company name, logo, description, and web address.  
• Conference attendee list with email addresses, sent prior to the Conference.
