Registration

Registration for the September 2026 PTAC public meeting is required. Members of the public may attend the meeting in three ways: in person, via Livestream, or by dialing in only (via telephone). After registering, you will receive an email confirmation from PTACRegistration@norc.org. Meeting logistical information and meeting materials also will be shared from PTACRegistration@norc.org each morning of the meeting.

Public Comments

Advance registration for providing a public comment is preferred. If you would like to make a public comment on Tuesday, September 15, please check “yes” to making a public comment on your registration form. In-person commenters should plan to arrive at the Humphrey Building at least 30 minutes before the start of the public comment period. If joining virtually, public commenters will receive a dial-in number that will enable them to access the meeting and provide a public comment. It is important to dial in early via telephone (10 minutes in advance) to ensure that you do not miss your name and allotted time when called. If you experience any difficulty with your dial-in number, please contact (240) 400-0775 or email PTACRegistration@norc.org.

Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person during the public comment period. Please email PTACRegistration@norc.org in advance of the public comment period if you have any questions.

In-Person Participation

To attend in person, please register by Friday, September 4. Select “In Person” on your registration form. Advance registration is preferred, although you may also register to attend the meeting in person on the day of the meeting. Details about attending the PTAC public meeting at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building can be found on the Location page.

If you plan to attend in person, you MUST present a REAL ID or REAL-ID compliant government-issued photo identification to enter the Hubert H. Humphrey Building. A REAL ID (license or ID card) meets higher federal security standards, marked by a star, and is required to enter this secure federal facility, unless you have an alternative REAL-ID compliant identification such as a U.S. passport.

At the Humphrey Building, enter through the main doors, located on Independence Avenue SW, to proceed through security. All attendees should be prepared to undergo a personal inspection upon entering the building. The inspection may be conducted with a handheld monitoring device, a metal detector, and/or by visible inspection. Additionally, your personal belongings may be inspected and passed through an X-ray machine.

Non-U.S. citizens planning to attend the meeting in person at the Hubert H. Humphrey Building are required to complete an advance security process, which includes sharing their passport, to attend the meeting. Please complete and email PTACRegistration@norc.org with the Non-U.S. Citizen Security Form by Monday, August 24. If advance approval is not received, non-U.S. citizens will not be permitted in the Humphrey Building. Non-U.S. citizens can also register and watch the meeting via the Livestream participant option.

Livestream Participation

The livestream of the public meeting will be available at http://www.hhs.gov/live during the meeting. To receive a reminder and presentation materials before the meeting, select “Livestream” when you register.

If you want to dial in to listen to the meeting, select “Dial-in Only” on your registration form to receive a dial-in number to access the meeting.
