This award recognizes a woman who is a trailblazer in her industry, demonstrates what is possible with ambition and drive, and serves as a role model.  She has a long track record of ensuring her organization meets its goals, irrespective of company size.

This award recognizes a woman who began her career within the last five years and has shown potential for great success in her industry. We will examine her highlighted achievements, contributions to successful projects, and a demonstrated understanding of creating innovative business value.

This award recognizes a leader who has leveraged her network and platform to help women succeed in their careers. This individual champions professionals who work hard to provide support and opportunities for women (i.e., career development, flexible working arrangements, childcare, equal pay, and training) and have made an outstanding contribution to and impact across her community.

This award recognizes an individual who has run her own business for more than 3 years. She has achieved outstanding success over the past 12 months in areas such as innovation, financial performance, and growth.

This award recognizes an individual who supports gender equity through their actions and their voice. He is a consistent ally, mentor, and leader, contributing to positive and meaningful change.
