San Diego Regional Summit
What is the San Diego Regional Summit?
The San Diego Regional Summit is one of three events in Prosperity Now’s 2026 Regional Summit Series. The event brings together practitioners, researchers, policymakers, financial institutions, funders, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to share ideas, build relationships, and explore practical solutions.
When and where is the Summit taking place?
The San Diego Regional Summit will take place on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at:

What time does the event begin and end?
The Summit will begin at 8:00 AM Pacific Time with registration and networking and conclude with an evening reception ending at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Who should attend?
The Summit is designed for people working to strengthen financial stability, expand economic opportunity, and support thriving communities, including nonprofit leaders, community development organizations, financial institutions, policymakers, researchers, philanthropic organizations, advocates, coalition leaders, and practitioners across related fields.
What topics will be covered?
Programming will explore themes relevant to the region and the broader national landscape, including housing and homeownership, entrepreneurship, financial technology, child and family financial well-being, and broader economy.

What does registration include?
Registration includes access to plenary sessions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, morning refreshments, lunch, and the evening networking reception.
Are breakout sessions included with registration?
Yes. Registered attendees will have access to breakout sessions throughout the day. Some sessions may have limited capacity.
Will session recordings be available?
Select plenary sessions may be recorded or livestreamed. Additional information regarding recordings and post-event resources will be shared after the Summit.
Where should I stay?
Prosperity Now will share recommended hotel accommodations and travel information with registered attendees to support travel planning. Additional details will be provided closer to the event.
Is parking available?
Yes. Enter campus through the West Entrance and follow Marian Way. At the second stop sign, turn right into the IPJ/Kroc Garage. Parking is limited, so please allow extra time for arrival.
Alternative Parking: Visitor parking is also available in the West Parking Structure/West Parking Lot and Main Parking Structure. Parking in these locations may require payment at a pay station or through ParkMobile.
Rideshare: Please use 5555 Marian Way, San Diego, CA 92110 as your destination.
Will food be provided?
Yes. Morning refreshments, lunch, and an evening networking reception are included with registration.
You will have an opportunity to share dietary needs during registration. Please share this information when you register so we can plan accordingly. We may not be able to accommodate requests made close to the event date.
Are accommodations available?
Yes. During registration, you will have an opportunity to share accessibility accommodations, dietary needs, or other requests that would help support your participation.
Are volunteer opportunities available?
Volunteer opportunities may be available for local students, community partners, and event support teams. Additional information will be shared closer to the event.
How can I become a sponsor?
Sponsorship opportunities are available for organizations interested in supporting the Summit and engaging with attendees across sectors.

Do you offer financial assistance to attend the Summit?
Yes. Prosperity Now offers a limited number of Access Scholarships for eligible participants who may otherwise be unable to attend due to financial barriers.

How can I submit a proposal to speak?
The Call for Proposals is currently Closed.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
Cancellation Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted by August 1, 2026.
- A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
- No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2026.
- To request a refund, please contact events@prosperitynow.org.
Transfer Policy
- Registration transfers to another individual within the same organization are permitted.
- Transfer requests submitted on or before August 1, 2026 may be processed at no charge.
- Transfer requests submitted after August 1, 2026 will incur a $50 administrative fee.
- All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to events@prosperitynow.org.
Please note that registration transfers are subject to approval and must be completed prior to the event.
