Overview

Stanford University offers limited on-campus summer housing for student interns working with companies in the surrounding area.

Accommodations are available Sunday, June 21 through Saturday, August 29, 2026.

•  A four-week minimum stay is required.
•  You may purchase up to six (6) additional weeks in one-week increments.
•  You must specify your move-in and move-out dates at the time of registration.

Requirements

To qualify for summer intern housing, you must:

•  Be 18 years of age or older
•  Be a registered student at an accredited college or university
•  Provide proof of internship (letter from your employer or Stanford Internship Verification form).
• Sign and complete the Housing Policies and Services Agreement form.
• Sign and complete the Stanford Liability Waiver.
•  Present a government-issued photo ID and a current college or university ID at check-in.
