The USCIPP team at NCHL is leading an international business development delegation to Santiago, Chile, this November 10–12
Objectives for the trip include:
- Explore opportunities for public–private collaboration and knowledge exchange
- Discuss models to address waiting lists and access challenges
- Identify potential partnerships in telemedicine, oncology, pediatrics, rehabilitation medicine, and other high‑acuity, complex services
- Strengthen institutional ties between US and Chilean healthcare organizations
Targets for group meetings are:
- Public and private hospitals and health systems
- Universities
- The Ministry of Health
- Private insurers
- Corporate/employer health networks
- Relevant professional associations
The participation fee is $4,500/organization for Standard USCIPP members and $4,000/organization for Premium USCIPP members:
- Includes registrations for up to two representatives per USCIPP member
- Additional registrations beyond the two included with the participation fee may be purchased for $850/registrant
Participation includes all three group lunches, two group dinners, and group transportation between meetings in Santiago

Chile is a stable healthcare market with strong US commercial ties and an established public-private health system
Significant waiting-list and access pressures create timely opportunities to discuss specialty-care partnerships, care navigation, telemedicine, and capacity-building
Chile is actively investing in digital health, data-driven waitlist management, and telemedicine, making it a strong fit for USCIPP member expertise
