New this Year → General Volunteers
Are you interested in helping out at our conference? For your volunteer service, you may choose one of the following:
- Complete 4 hours of volunteering and receive a refund of $140 from your $240 conference registration.
- Pay $240 conference registration and donate your hours to your CMCN Affiliate ($75 per volunteer hour).
Possible volunteer responsibilities:
- Equipment Set Up/Take Down
- Loading/Unloading our CMCN U-Haul
- Providing attendees with information, guidance, and directions between sessions
- Monitor the Vendor Parking Lot
- NCTM Table Set Up and Clean Up
- Work at a table in Merrill Hall
- Game Night- Set up & Clean Up
