The Neonatal Outreach Program, in alignment with California Children's Services (CCS) requirements, exists to nurture, advance, and protect the health and well-being of newborns and their families through collaborative, high-quality care. By empowering affiliate care teams with education, innovation, and real-time support, we ensure consistent, compassionate, and equitable neonatal services across the region and beyond. Our mission is to build and nurture a connected perinatal community where every neonate has the strongest start in life.
