Exhibit @ LEAD
Be at the crossroad of accessibility and culture!
The Leadership Exchange in Arts and Disability (LEAD) Conference is the premiere arts and accessibility professional development event, connecting cultural professionals to a global community of practice.
LEAD brings the cultural sector together, setting the standard for access and inclusion, shifting organizational practice, and sparking initiatives to create more human-centered, accessible arts and cultural experiences and environments. LEAD’s network of theaters, museums, parks, and other cultural centers are empowered to identify and remove barriers to people with disabilities of all ages in their local communities.
The conference will feature over 100 sessions with experts and peer-to-peer exchange focused on developing capacity, knowledge building, and networking.

Why LEAD?
LEAD draws hundreds of participants representing arts and cultural organizations from across the US and around the world. They value the connections and information experienced through this one-of-a-kind gathering.

The conference helped me understand how changes can be implemented gradually and still have a significant impact on our audience and community. It also mad me feel more confident that I have the knowledge and resources needed to support change at my organization."

"Leaving LEAD, I feel energized by the possibilities ahead. There are tangible changes that I can make right away to improve accessibility in my work."

"Networking with peers from around the country is invaluable. We are all in this together. Always incredible and inspiring to learn from other organizations and imaing their work as models and consider how it might apply to my own work."
