- Members and Non-Members of IADMS are welcome to attend! See below for the registration fees.
- The IADMS 36th Annual Conference will again be a hybrid event. In-person participants can attend all sessions live in Melbourne at the VCA, and virtual attendees will have access to select conference presentations in real-time (Australian Eastern Standard Time), via the conference mobile app.
- We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including those with disabilities, to engage fully. Please contact the Program Manager if you require any specific accommodations or have any inquiries about the accessibility of the venues.
- For international travelers, we strongly suggest checking your passport and visa status to ensure all documents are updated before travel.

IADMS offers subsidies for the annual conference registration. If you are seeking financial assistance for your conference registration, please submit the IADMS Annual Conference Hardship Application by the early bird deadline (July 24). Late submissions will not be reviewed.
In-Person Ticket Access & Fees
In-person attendees have access to:
- All in-person sessions at the conference venue, including several concurrent lectures, panels and movement workshops.
- Access to the conference app, including select lecture presentations, e-Posters, supplemental PDFs and other materials.
- All recordings of lecture sessions available for six weeks post-conference.
- Conference materials from our conference supporters.
- Welcome Reception on Wednesday September 23 at the conference venue.
- In-person-only roundtable discussions and networking events.
Roundtable Sessions:
To accommodate high demand, each roundtable topic is being offered twice over the course of the conference. You may select one roundtable per day and please do not select the same topic twice. Registration required. $40 USD fee includes a boxed lunch, which will be provided during your scheduled roundtable session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee- September 1, 2026- Refunds (minus a US$100 cancellation fee) will only be made for cancellations received in writing by September 1, 2026. There will be no refunds after September 1, 2026.
IADMS is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or other travel arrangements purchased for attendance at this conference. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance, in the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances affect the conference or your travel plans.
