Magnolia Apartments Grand Opening

Indwell invites you to celebrate the grand opening of Magnolia Apartments, 49 Queen St. N, in Kitchener. Magnolia Apartments will offer 39 studio apartments, and two one-bedroom apartments, a servery and dining hall, tenant amenity spaces, on-site support offices, and a new regional office for Indwell.

The event will begin with a presentation in the Sanctuary at St. Peter's Church, followed by self-guided tours through the building.
 

PARKING
There is currently no parking available on site. There is limited street parking around our building as well as a number of pay lots within two blocks of Magnolia Apartments.

  • Standard Parking at 22 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2H 2L3.

TRANSIT
The nearest LRT route is #301 and stops at Kitchener City Hall. The #8 and #20 bus are the nearest transit stops located at Frederick and Duke St. E. Consult the Grand River Transit bus schedule for departure times.
