    5:00 PM – 6:00 PM UTC

Greenwashing class action claims continue to rise in the US and internationally, with increased threats across industries ranging from consumer goods to financial services. As companies work to mitigate these risks, having data on the types of litigation claims that are on the rise is important to understand how best to address possible gaps and issues.

DLA Piper’s Greenwashing Litigation Tracker, developed using data from the last decade to identify increasing trends in specific jurisdictions helps companies address gaps before they become issues.

Please join DLA Piper litigation and ESG regulatory attorneys as they share the trends in greenwashing litigation, detail the challenges, and inform how companies can get ahead of what’s to come. We hope you can join us.
