    Please join us for the next installment of our What In-house lawyers Need (WIN) webinar series, which will explore practical considerations for General Counsel overseeing AI – from compliance and controls to ethical use and organizational readiness. 

    This one-hour CLE program will be led by members of DLA Piper’s AI and Data Analytics practice, Ashley Carr, Partner and AI Counseling Lead; Talia Portocarrero, Managing Director of the firm’s Data Interrogation team; and Allen Waxman, Of Counsel with PiperAI.

    • Accountability, auditability, and risk mitigation strategies

    When will I receive my certificate?
    Certificates will be sent via email within approximately five weeks of the program.

    How do I request my certificate?
    Following the completion of the webinar, please click here to evaluate the program and request CLE credit. To comply with state CLE Board regulations, this process must be completed within 14 days of the program to receive credit.

    CLE credit:
    DLA Piper LLP (US) has been certified by the State Bar of California, Illinois MCLE Board, the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider. The following CLE credit is being sought:  

    • California:  1.0 General Credit
    • Illinois: 1.0 General Credit
    • New Jersey: 1.2 General Credits
    • New York: 1.0 Professional Practice Credit (Transitional/Appropriate for Newly Admitted & Experienced Attorneys)

    CLE credit will be applied for in other states where DLA Piper has an office with the exception of Minnesota, North Carolina and Puerto Rico.
