Why this venue?
Because nothing breaks the ice quite like an actual ice bar. Minus5 is built entirely from ice – the walls, the sculptures, even the glasses you'll drink out of. We'll bundle you up in a provided parka so you can enjoy the coolest (literally) 20 minutes of your IBS week before heading back out to the warmer lounge areas to keep the conversation going.
What should I wear?
Come as you are!
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes – we'll have passed hors d'oeuvres, food stations, dessert and a full bar throughout the evening.
Is transportation provided?
We aren’t providing transportation, but the venue is close to the monorail.
Can I drive myself or Uber?
Yes, self-parking is available at the venue, and Uber drop-off is available as well.
Can I bring a guest?
This event is by invitation only. Please register anyone who is attending.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Yes, we'll have options for common dietary needs.
Will there be photos or video taken?
Yes, we'll have a photographer and videographer capturing the event. By attending, you consent to photos/videos being used for Buildertrend marketing purposes.
Is there a cost to attend?
