Fleet Academy Session: Managing Today's Fleets

Join NorCal Clean Cities, Advantage One and Geotab in Sonoma for a Fleet Academy meeting.

Designed for fleet operators and industry professionals, this educational session will provide practical insights and tools to navigate today’s evolving transportation landscape. Hear from industry experts and peers on strategies for improving fleet performance, managing costs and making informed decisions, including:

• Using telematics to improve fleet visibility, performance and operational decision-making
• Understanding CARB regulations and what they mean for your fleet
• Fleet rightsizing to improve cost stewardship and make the most of taxpayer dollars
• Leveraging FMIS integrations for better maintenance data and fleet insights
• Understanding grant funding requirements and how to prepare your fleet for funding opportunities

Following the educational session, attendees are invited to continue the conversation at St. Francis Winery from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM for a networking wine tasting experience. Roundtrip transportation between the hotel and the winery will be provided.
