Clearances: An active visit request must be on file with Strategic Analysis’ (SA) Security Office for all attendees of a classified meeting. Visit Requests via DISS (preferred method) should be sent to SMO Code 44609. Visit Authorization Letters should be faxed to 703-527-5445. To confirm receipt of your clearance, please e-mail the SA Security Office at security@sainc.com. If an individual’s clearance does not arrive, or cannot be verified, access to the meeting will be denied. Admittance to the meeting shall be authorized only to those persons whose security clearance and need-to-know have been verified. Visit Requests should only be sent for the duration of the meeting. DISS VARs are due to SA by 5:00 p.m. ET, September 23.
Identification Requirements: Attendees must present a valid U.S. Government-issued photo ID for admission to the event.
Foreign National Participation (Industry Showcase Only): All foreign national participants are required to complete and submit a DARPA Form 60 by 5:00 p.m. September 23 prior to attending the meeting. This form can be accessed via the following link: https://dtsn.darpa.mil/eform60/
Industry Showcase Poster Session: This portion of the meeting will be conducted at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level. This interactive forum provides an opportunity for direct engagement, discussion, networking, and exploration of potential partnerships and practical applications. Participants are encouraged to bring posters, handouts, business cards, and other informational materials to support discussion with attendees.
Electronic Devices: No electronic devices of any kind -- including pagers, cell phones, cameras, recording devices, laptop computers, Fitbit, google or apple watches -- are allowed in the meeting room during classified meetings. All items of this nature should be left off premises before arriving, or they must be collected prior to the meeting.
Travel Details for 4075 Wilson Blvd:
By Metro: Take the Orange or Silver Line to the Ballston-MU Metro Station. The building is a short walk from the station exit.
Parking Instructions, On-site Garage (4075 Wilson Blvd): The garage entrance is on the east side of N. Randolph Street, located between Wilson Blvd and 9th Street N. IMPORTANT: Do not enter the garage for ONR, which is just north of the building's garage and has prominent guard shacks at its entrance.
Alternate Parking Options (within easy walking distance): Ballston Public Parking Garage: 627 N Glebe Rd.; One Parking: 4040 Wilson Blvd.; 3865 Wilson Blvd Garage; Street Parking: Metered street parking is limited and subject to time restrictions. Please check all posted signs carefully.
