ERP-CA - Accounts Payable Certification

The Accounts Payable Certification course provides structured, hands-on training for end users responsible for creating and processing payments in ERP-CA. The course covers the full AP workflow, including vendor payments tied to requisitions, direct payments for vendors and one-time payees, and employee reimbursements. Users learn required fields, payment types, account distribution methods, and the status impacts of partial versus final payments.

Certification will review the steps to enter payments, processing checks, voiding or stale dated checks and pulling reports such as Check Listing report for Board. 

 Date:   May 12th, 14th, 18th and 20th   9:00 am- 2:00 pm  (will schedule and hour lunch in session)
