Costa Rica's cybersecurity project is a demonstrable success - the National SOC, Digital Training Hub, and Open RAN Lab now operate as an integrated, locally sustainable, living digital ecosystem. The aim of this workshop is to bring together like-minded countries in Latin America and the Caribbean to better understand the Costa Rica model. At the conclusion of this workshop, you will have the option to:

1. Visit the National Security Operations Center
2. Have Bilateral discussions with stakeholders including the Government of Costa Rica, the US State Department, and the private sector.
