Sponsorship Opportunities - 2026 WI SHRM Volunteer Leader Conference

Sponsorship Benefits:

· Pre Attendee list will be sent to you one week prior to the conference

· Complimentary attendance for two at Thursday evening event

· Opportunity to bring additional booth staff at the attendee registration rate

· Opportunity to bring a guest at ‘guest fee’ for Thursday evening

1 Sponsors will have their logo with link to their website on the conference website before, during and after the event and in our conference marketing communications to all professional and student chapter HR volunteer leaders. Logo and link will be displayed upon receipt of sponsorship funds.

2 Sponsor will receive a two to three-minute spotlight time to talk about their business product or service. WI SHRM reserves the right to schedule the spotlight so that it does not interfere with keynote speakers or breakout sessions.

3 Sponsors will have the opportunity to display company literature and visit with prospects during the conference. The sponsors should set up their skirted 6 or 8ft table between 9:30 – 11:00 am. Every effort will be made to locate the tables inside the meeting room, but if attendance surpasses expectations, we reserve the right to relocate the Sponsorship area in the foyer near registration and meeting room entrance.
