The Mid-South Transportation and Parking Association’s (MSTPA) mission is to provide professional growth, education, and networking opportunities among professionals involved in transportation and parking operations. While our core membership resides within the mid-south region, our annual conferences have much wider appeal.

We originally formed in 1999 as the Mid-South Parking Association for parking professionals working at colleges, universities, cities, and airports in the Mid-South region of Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama and adjoining states. In 2006, the organization reorganized as the Mid-South Transportation & Parking Association (MSTPA), in an effort to address more transit-related issues. We have been growing ever since!

We are an ally organization of the International Parking Institute, and as such, work cooperatively to raise the relevance and level of professionalism of our industry. We strive to identify current trends and issues, including legislative changes that impact our operations, and develop educational sessions or webinars to explore those topics and evaluate solutions. We also provide economical training opportunities for front line staff at our annual conferences. We intentionally rotate the location of our annual conference to maximize opportunities for our members to have access to economical professional development programming.          For more information, e-mail us at info@mstpa.org
