Future of Talent: Rewiring the Workforce – Sector Approaches to Reimagining Early Career Pathways

The Greater Washington Partnership is pleased to share the next installment of our signature Future of Talent series — a conversation around sector-specific approaches to reimagining early career pathways, co-hosted with ChamberRVA.

This session focuses on strengthening early-career pathways in Virginia and the distinct roles employers, higher education, and public-sector partners play in that work. The conversation will bring together voices from across sectors, including senior executives from construction and technology industries.

The event will open with remarks from Kimberlee Pepple, Vice President of Inclusion and Community Impact at Altria and a keynote address from Mark Hourigan, CEO of Hourigan Construction. Following the keynote, participants will hear from a panel of Virginia leaders in early-career talent development, including Dr. Paula Pando, President of Reynolds Community College, Emily Covey, Richmond Business Unit Leader at DPR Construction, and Megan Healy, Chief of Talent and Workforce Strategy at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Additional speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
