The IEEE 802 Wireless and 802.1 Interim Session is part of a series of technical meetings organized by the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA). During these sessions, members of the IEEE 802 Working Groups gather to discuss and negotiate standards, as well as present developments in their respective fields.

The Interim Sessions are held three times annually — in January, May, and September—in a mixed-mode (hybrid) format, combining in-person and virtual participation.

Single/Double Occupancy: US$249.00 ++ per room, per night
Taxes: 10.195% combined tax (currently 0.195% state tax, 2% city tax and 8% occupancy tax)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel by 6:00 PM Pacific Time on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a penalty. Cancellations after 6:00 PM are subject to a one-night room charge.

Group Rate Reservation Deadline: Wednesday December 16, 2026 or when the room block is sold out whichever comes first.
