Lodging options include accommodations for four nights, January 18–21 (customizable based on travel needs), lunch, and airport shuttle. Hotel rooms are standard guest rooms (not suites) and feature either one king bed or two king beds, depending on occupancy.

Please be aware that lodging at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris may reach full capacity. If this occurs, accommodations will be arranged for you at a nearby hotel.

Airport Shuttle Service

Complimentary airport shuttles will be available during the following times:

  • Sunday: 12:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 5:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
