Please Note: Convention Registration Fees  include Opening Banquet, one lunch (Thursday), St. Cecilia Reception (Thursday) and several snacks.

Convention Registration Fee does NOT include bus transportation. 
You MUST choose the Transportation Package during Registration to ride the bus. TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE IS CLOSED AS OF JUNE 6, 2026.
All buses will depart from and return to the Hyatt Regency at the Arch--the convention hotel.

Pre-Convention Event Fees: There will be two optional events on Sunday, July 5: Choral Evensong ($20.00 transportation fee) and a Choral Concert ($30.00 fee, including transportation). All buses will depart from and return to the Hyatt Regency at the Arch--the convention hotel. TRANSPORTATION IS CLOSED AS OF JUNE 6, 2026

Post-Convention Event Fee:   There will be an additional $65.00 fee for each of the Friday, July 10 optional events.  This fee includes transportation and lunch. (Only one event can be selected). All buses will depart from and return to the Hyatt Regency at the Arch--the convention hotel.

If you cannot attend the entire convention, the following daily rates are available:
DAILY REGISTRATION FEE: $200.00
DAILY TRANSPORTATION FEE: $100.00 (limited availability on site only)

Partner Organizations: If you are a member of an AGO Partner Organization, you may register at the AGO member rate, with proof of membership in the partner organization.
