Important Information

Seminar registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is considered confirmed once your form is submitted. By completing the registration process, you are agreeing to pay the full registration fees.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by July 15, 2026, will result in a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registration@meetingwise.net, and are not valid unless you receive a return confirmation that your email has been received. Non-payment will not result in automatic seminar registration cancellation. Since attendees are permitted to register without payment, cancellations will only be accepted via written request with confirmation of receipt. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made after July 15, 2026.

 

REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be offered on cancellations made after July 15, 2026. In the event you registered by check or purchase order and haven’t yet paid, you will be billed and held responsible for full payment, even if you cannot attend. For cancellations on paid registration made on or before July 15, 2026, all refunds will be made within 15 business days after the conference has taken place. No refunds will be issued on cancellations made after July 15, 2026.

 

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Registration transfers are allowed and may be made by the registrant directly in our registration system at any time, without an additional fee, using the link in the confirmation email or registration confirmation page. You may also contact registration@meetingwise.net for assistance with a transfer.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Check, Purchase Order or ACH Payments. Paying by credit card fully completes your registration and avoids delays in payment processing as well as the risk of checks being lost in the mail.

 

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Credit Card Payments can be made directly in the registration system at the time of registration. If you would like to pay by credit card at a later date, you will need to select "Pay by Check" and then go back into your registration (using the link in your confirmation email) to switch to a credit card payment when you are ready to pay.

 

Check Payments should be made payable to MeetingWise LLC and include "CISOA 2026" and the registrants name or confirmation number on the memo line. Please include a copy of your invoice and mail to:

Purchase Order and ACH Payments can be selected on the Payment page of your registration. Instructions for paying by these methods are detailed once the payment method is selected.

 

All payments are due within 30 days of registration confirmation OR before the event begins (whichever occurs first). Your full payment must be made before the event starts. 

PHOTOS / VIDEOS
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CISOA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CISOA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

 

MEDICAL RELEASE
While CISOA does its best to provide the safest possible environment for its events, the attendee acknowledges freely and knowingly that as a result of their registration and participation, they hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being and safety, releasing CISOA and MeetingWise LLC of any harm.

 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
CISOA reserves the right to update the CISOA database with information provided by registrants for the CISOA 2026 Advanced Seminar. With registration, the attendee agrees and acknowledges they are participating in the conference of their own free will.

 

PLEASE NOTE: No individual or entity—including a presenter / speaker — may electronically record or broadcast any portion of the CISOA 2026 Advanced Seminar. Any recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during conference for personal or professional use is strictly prohibited.

CISOA Conference Code of Conduct

The Chief Information Systems Officer's Association (CISOA) desires to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. We expect all conference attendees, presenters, speakers, vendors, and staff to realize that this event is intended to be a safe place for a diverse group of individuals to share differing opinions. Respect and inclusivity for all are encouraged and expected. Any behavior that is offensive, disrespectful, aggressive, or unwelcome during conference activities or outside of them will NOT be tolerated.

If anyone participating in the summit (attendee, presenter, speaker, vendor, staff, or other) experiences or witnesses a breach of the Code of Conduct,  please report to the CISOA staff for further action to be taken.  If anyone is made to feel unsafe or unwelcome, that situation should be immediately reported to the CISOA Information Desk at the summit, when the appropriate representative will be contacted to speak with you. Written reports may also be made to admin@meetingwise.net

Persons determined by CISOA to have engaged in unacceptable behavior may be excluded from further participation and may be required to depart the event.
