NACIQI September 2026 Meeting

The National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity or NACIQI was authorized and reconstituted by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008. NACIQI provides recommendations regarding accrediting agencies that monitor the academic quality of postsecondary institutions and educational programs for federal purposes. 

Renewal of Recognition submissions for the September 23-24, 2026 meeting include the:

(1) American Bar Association, Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar

(2) Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools

(3) Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine

(4) American Psychological Association, Commission on Accreditation

(5) Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Colleges

(6) Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, Accreditation Commission

Compliance Report submission for the September 23-24, 2026, meeting include:

 (1) Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
