Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are fully refundable, less a €20 administrative processing fee, through October 13, 2026.

After October 13, 2026, registration fees are nonrefundable, as commitments to conference venues, meals and other event expenses will have been finalized. If a registered participant is unable to attend, their registration fee will be used to help offset the costs of the conference.

 

Financial Assistance

The French Eisenhower Fellows organizing the conference hope that the registration fee will not prevent any Fellow from participating.

Fellows for whom the registration fee presents a financial hardship are encouraged to contact the conference organizers confidentially before registering. Requests will be considered on an individual basis, and assistance may include a partial or full waiver of the registration fee, subject to available funding.

Please note that fee waivers apply only to the conference registration fee. Participants remain responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals not included in the conference program, and other personal expenses unless otherwise specified.
