SUMMARY
Super Summer is a program where bright kids in kindergarten (K) through fourth grade come to enjoy challenging courses with other academically, creatively, and artistically talented youth. A day-long, interdisciplinary courses are geared at least two grade levels above each student’s current school grade. Students will attend a day-long program of challenging, hands-on activities related to a central theme. Components from all disciplines will be included at every level, so each child will gain experience in engineering, math, science, social studies, art, and language arts, while working on open ended activities that require critical and creative thinking.
PROGRAM DETAILS
When: Two, one-week sessions are offered.
Session I: June 8-12, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Session II: June 15-19, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Supervision is available for children dropped off between 7:45-8:30 AM. All children should be picked up before 5:30 PM.
Where: The program will be held in Beering Hall on Purdue University's West Lafayette, IN campus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Financial aid is available on a first-come-first-serve basis and is awarded based on household income. If you want to know if you are eligible, please email a copy of your most recent Tax 1040 form or proof that your child receives free/reduced lunch to Yichen Dong, dong288@purdue.edu.
