Event Information

Who should attend?

The conference is designed for forward-thinking senior leaders, and it delivers the connections, insights, and perspectives you need to stay ahead. 

What should I wear?

General Sessions:
Business casual attire is appropriate for general sessions and meetings. 

Opening Reception:
Vintage bohemian meets desert nights. Opt for casual evening attire inspired by the night sky—flowy dresses, refined jumpsuits, or tailored looks (jackets without ties, evening shirts, or polished separates) in rich dusk-to-midnight tones. 

As this is an outdoor event, we recommend lightweight layers and comfortable, stylish footwear. 

Outfits

AEMPAC:
Modern western with a desert twist. Lean into Tucson style—boots or sturdy shoes, jeans or tailored pants, dresses or skirts, crisp shirts, and flowy fabrics. 

This is an outdoor venue with uneven terrain, so comfortable footwear is strongly encouraged. Think relaxed, stylish, and Tucson-appropriate. 

PAC

Hall of Fame and Finale Dinner:
Semi-formal attire is recommended for the Hall of Fame and Finale Dinner.

Registration 

What’s included?

Member & Non-Member Registration
Your conference fee includes the educational presentations, lunches, refreshment breaks, the Tuesday Opening Reception, Tuesday and Thursday Hospitality Suites, and the Hall of Fame Finale Dinner on Thursday. The AEMPAC event on Wednesday requires an additional fee.

Guest Registration
Guest registration is for non-AEM member attendees only and does not include conference sessions or programs. The guest registration fee includes the Tuesday Opening Reception, Tuesday and Thursday Hospitality Suites, and the Hall of Fame Finale Dinner on Thursday. Lunches are not included. Guests are welcome to participate in optional daytime activities. The AEMPAC event on Wednesday requires an additional fee.
