What’s Included

Member & Non-Member Registration:
Your conference fee includes access to educational presentations, lunches, refreshment breaks, the Tuesday Opening Reception, Tuesday and Thursday Hospitality Suites, and the Hall of Fame Finale Dinner on Thursday. Please note that the AEMPAC event on Wednesday requires an additional fee. 

Guest Registration:
The guest registration fee includes the Tuesday Opening Reception, Tuesday and Thursday Hospitality Suites, and the Hall of Fame Finale Dinner on Thursday. Lunches are not included in the guest registration fee. Guests are welcome to participate in our optional daytime activities. The AEMPAC event on Wednesday requires an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 5:00 PM CT on Friday, October 23, 2026, will be refunded in full (less a $195.00 processing fee per attendee / $50 per guest). No refunds will be issued after this date.
