Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation should be done through the original registration. Please check your confirmation page for the link to cancel. Credit card processed refunds are subject to a processing fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. No refunds will be issues after the cancellation deadline, October 19, 2026. Canceled registration past the refund deadline may be used for the next year's conference.

Conference Swag Bags
Cost: $8,000 (Exclusive)
NSBP/NSHP Conference registered attendees will receive a carry bag (tote, satchel, or back-pack) to collect literature during the conference and utilize at home and/or work. This is an excellent way to gain high visibility at the conference and after the event. Sponsor will provide artwork and company logo. This opportunity includes: Two (2) professional registrations to the conference, (1) 8x10 exhibit booth in the exhibit hall, logo acknowledgement on the NSBP/NSHP Conference website, and recognition in the conference program booklet.
Conference T-Shirts
Cost: $10,000 (Exclusive)
NSBP/NSHP Conference students will receive a conference T-shirt as a keepsake for the annual conference. This is an excellent way to gain high visibility at the conference and after the event. Sponsor will provide artwork and company logo. This opportunity includes: Two (2) professional registrations to the conference, (1) 10x10 exhibit booth in the Prefunction (high visibility) hall, logo acknowledgement on the NSBP/NSHP Conference website, and recognition in the conference program booklet. Note: Conference T-shirts are for Students Only.
On-Arrival Kiosk Faceplate
Cost: $7,500 (Four Opportunities Available)
This is an opportunity to advertise your company with customized graphics to be placed on one of the Conference Check-in Kiosk. This opportunity includes: Two (2) professional registrations to the conference, (1) 8x10 exhibit booth in the exhibit hall, logo acknowledgement on the NSBP/NSHP Conference website, and recognition in the conference program booklet.
Conference Lanyards
Cost: $6,000 (Exclusive)
Provides approximately 800+ conference attendees with lanyards and high visibility for three days of use. Supporters provide lanyards approved by NSBP/NSHP. This opportunity includes: Two (2) professional registrations to the conference, (1) 8x10 exhibit booth in the exhibit hall, logo acknowledgement on the NSBP/NSHP Conference website, and recognition in the conference program booklet.
AM and PM Coffee Breaks
Cost: $3,000 (Six Opportunities Available)
Attendees gather during session breaks for coffee in the hotel conference hallways. Coffee and snacks will be served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday outside the Exhibit Hall and Sponsorship area for optimal traffic. This opportunity includes: Two (2) professional registrations to the conference, (1) 8x10 exhibit booth in the exhibit hall, logo acknowledgement on the NSBP/NSHP Conference website, and recognition in the conference program booklet.
We are excited to announce our partnership with Alliance Nationwide Exposition/Exhibitor Services. Exhibitor and Sponsorship registration information will be shared and a representative from Alliance Exposition will be contacting you via email to provide guidance, advice and assistance with any service that you need, including shipping, material handling and furnishings for your booth at the conference. Alliance will have an on-site concierge service center at the conference to assist you during move-in/move-out. Be on the lookout for an email from Alliance Nationwide Exposition with communications on how to access the Alliance Online Exhibitor Portal to begin preparing for your booth assignment and setup. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS TO THE RALEIGH CONVENTION CENTER. Shipments must go through Alliance or carried by your exhibit booth representative.
INVITATION TO LOGIN
The initial email campaign inviting exhibitors to log into the event portal will be sent from ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com.
EXISTING USERS
For exhibitors who are existing users in Alliance Online from prior events, you will be prompted to log in using your existing credentials. This is your email address and the password created in the past to access the AOL site. If you do not recall your password, there is a reset button on the login page.
NEW USERS
For exhibitors who are new users in Alliance Online, the email campaign will intuitively prompt you to create a password prior to linking you to the event portal.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Should you not be able to locate your email invitation from Alliance, we are happy to assist. Please confirm the following first.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder. Individual security software settings and/or company firewalls sometimes prevent the email from reaching the recipient’s email until manually allowed.
- Ensure that you are the primary contact for your organization as registered with show management.
- Though not required, exhibitors may find it helpful to add the Exhibitor Services email above to their safe senders list in advance.
