Overview

Whether you're new to the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID) or need a refresher, this two-day TRID compliance workshop is for you!

This seminar covers the Loan Estimate (LE), Closing Disclosure (CD), and Written List of Providers (WLP) forms, along with documentation for Intent to Proceed and Changed Circumstance. You'll get hands-on experience with the LE and CD forms, learn about timing requirements, "good faith" principles, tolerance buckets, typical fees, and the latest updates.

The hands-on workshop will challenge you to review the LE and CD forms (no tough math required) and identify compliance issues! You'll learn where fees go, how to disclose payment streams, which products to use, and how to disclose construction loans.

Designed for front-line disclosure desks, loan officers, processors, compliance, and audit staff, this workshop will help your TRID disclosures stay on track. It also offers insights into examiner findings, trends, and common pitfalls.

Ideal for both newcomers and those seeking a refresher, this seminar includes a detailed manual on TRID rules and amendments.
