PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
CREDIT CARD
The preferred method of payment for this event is through the online registration portal with a credit card.
CHECK PAYMENT
We understand that some of our registrants require the ability to pay via check and we are happy to accommodate. Simply select "Check Payment" as the payment method on the last page of online registration. A link to your invoice will be available to print on the confirmation page.
If you plan to pay via check, please understand that the requirements listed below will be strictly enforced:
- You will not be permitted to attend the event until the balance on your order has been paid in full.
- The ability to select to pay via check will only be available as a payment option within online registration through Wednesday, October 18, 2023. After this date, only credit card payment will be available. No exceptions.
- To receive the pricing indicated during your registration, payment for your registration must be received at the address below no later than Friday, November 10, 2023. If you have sent a check payment and you are concerned it will not arrive by this date, please contact us at conferences@iyi.org.

Please include the registrant's names or invoice numbers in the memo line of the check.
SUBSTITUTIONS & CANCELLATIONS
You are welcome to cancel your registration and receive a refund at any time until November 2, 2023. All refunds will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
Online Cancellation
If your registration was paid for with a credit card or if you selected to pay via check and your check has not yet been sent, you may cancel your registration yourself utilizing the same online portal that was used to register.
To cancel, select the link at the bottom of this section, enter your information when prompted, and select the "Cancel Registration" button on the following screen. Once your cancellation has been submitted, a refund will automatically be issued to the same credit card used for registration. Please allow at least 24 hours after making a credit card payment before requesting a refund. Please note that registrations made as part of a group will need to be cancelled individually and separate refunds for each registrant cancelled will be processed.
If you need to cancel a registration that was paid using a check, and the check payment has already been sent, please contact us at conferences@iyi.org to complete the cancellation and refund process.
Email Cancellation
You may also request to cancel your registration by emailing conferences@iyi.org. Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing on or before November 9, 2023 to be considered.
Please note that registration is non-refundable in the event that increased safety protocols are implemented that do not align with a registrants' self-interests or beliefs.
Substitution
Substitution of attendees is allowed at any time prior to the conference or onsite at no additional cost.
Substitutions can be submitted online by accessing your registration through the online portal and selecting "Transfer Registration" below your registrant summary. You are also welcome to contact us at conferences@iyi.org and we would be happy to transfer your registration for you.
