Registration Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations for any registration type must be received by June 20, 2025; and a $125 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. Associations and Meetings by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.
AACP Code of Conduct: As an AACP 2025 Mini Course participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Meeting Code of Conduct: Attendee Code of Conduct. This will be acknowledged by you during registration. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in the revocation of your meeting access with no refund.
