Course Description
Quality Systems Leadership (QSL) is a live, interactive virtual series offered in 13 sessions over the course of one year. This program introduces the essential knowledge and skills needed to build and lead effective quality programs. Key topics include developing a quality infrastructure, navigating public reporting and value-based payment, understanding regulatory affairs, leveraging data analytics, engaging with executive leadership, and identifying internal and external drivers of quality and safety. Participants will gain the tools to align quality and safety initiatives with broader organizational strategic priorities.
