The Fiber IQ Program offers Train the Trainer (TTT) opportunities exclusively for our NPI members, providing the flexibility to train your own employees internally.

Once you have Fiber IQ Certified Trainers, you can upskill your team with all the advantages of our standard classes — without sending them off-site.

About the TTT Course

Our Train the Trainer course is designed to equip participants with the skills to effectively deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on activities, ensuring higher student engagement and retention.

Guided by industry best practices, participants will learn:

• How to engage learners of all styles using diverse instructional tools and methods
• Techniques for incorporating adult learning principles into training sessions
• Strategies to create an interactive and impactful learning environment

Light breakfast and lunch will be provided during each session. Students will be provided resource materials and any tools and consumables needed to complete classroom hands-on exercises.

Students are eligible for 21 BICSI continuing education credits. Certificate of completion must be submitted to BICSI for credit.

The cost per student to attend the Corning Fiber Installation Training is $2,500.00 USD.
