Join your fellow industry colleagues and guests on March 6th for the Ontario Region’s 16th Annual Gala, themed Bowties & Bubbly. Get ready for an extraordinary evening filled with elegance, celebration, and vibrant energy.

The Ontario Region Gala continues to grow each year, welcoming nearly 300 industry leaders and guests for an unforgettable night featuring a valuable networking reception, a chef inspired gala dinner, lively entertainment,  and dancing.

Do you require hotel accommodations?

Reserve your guest room at the Hilton Markham Suites Book by February 4, 2026 to receive the EFC group rate.

Do you want to bring your own wine?

Each table is permitted to bring a maximum of 4 bottles of wine. Corkage fee of $20.00/bottle plus applicable taxes and gratuities will apply. Table wine can also be purchased on-site. 

Gala sponsorship opportunities are available from $500 to $5,000.
