About the Summer Leadership Conference
WIM's Summer Leadership Conference (SLC) is a condensed virtual event created exclusively for WIM’s corporate member community and National Board of Directors. This interactive program takes place from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. ET and provides timely updates on WIM initiatives, insights into the current state of manufacturing and the workforce, and real-world perspectives from manufacturing leaders through a corporate member panel discussion. Attendees will leave with fresh ideas, industry insights, and practical takeaways to support their organizations and teams.
WIM corporate members are entitled to one complimentary registration. Additional members of your organization are welcome to attend at a small fee.

Each WIM Corporate member company is welcome to designate one representative to participate in the SLC, typically occupying mid-to-high level leadership positions within their respective organizations.

Who Should Attend?
Those who attend are typically individuals who hold mid-to-high level leadership roles within their organizations and have a strong interest in enhancing women’s representation in the manufacturing workforce. WIM corporate member companies receive one free registration but may register additional participants for an additional fee.
