Survey 5 Summit 2026

Hello Focus users! 

We are excited to announce our Survey 5 Summit on July 21-23, 2026 at The Cambria Hotel - Madeira Beach. 

We encourage districts to join us as we will review data, submit data and send batches together for Survey 5. 

The cost to attend this event is $99.00 and will include breakfast and lunch daily. 

The agenda is as follows:

Tuesday, July 21-  pull edit reports back from DOE, identify common threads in errors if any; correct data; request O files; request validations; resend any initial files that fail by 3PM. 

Wednesday, July 22-  Review validations for common threads if any, run magic batch on all formats and submit edit/validation changes; submit files to DOE for processing by 3PM; Pull batch reports back after 5PM.

Thursday, July 23- Review validations; ensure district comfort level for continuing the process from district locations; submit files to DOE for processing by 3PM.
