KCSOS School Bus Driver Classroom Courses

Begin your journey to becoming a State Certified School Bus Driver or complete your required renewal training with our comprehensive course offerings! 

This program includes the 20 hours of required classroom instruction for new trainees, along with renewal classes designed to keep current drivers certified and up to date. To support your schedule, we offer a variety of both daytime and evening class options for original and renewal courses. First Aid training is also available and can be added to your registration.

Additional Details:

• Participants must attend all scheduled class days to successfully complete the course and receive certification. 
• Course materials are included in the registration fee for original classes. 
• Renewal classes: An additional $26 book fee applies only if new materials are needed. You will be able to add this to your registration.
• First Aid Training: 
  •  $52 when bundled with an Original School Bus Driver class 
  •  $77 when registering for First Aid only 
•  Pre-registration is required for all classes due to limited seating. Walk-ins will not be permitted. 
• Prepayment is required at the time of registration. 
• Only credit card payments are accepted. Purchase orders, checks, and money orders are no longer accepted. 
• Arrival time is critical! Facility doors will close and lock promptly at 6:00 p.m. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive early to allow time for check-in, questions, or any needed clarification. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
