Each paper MUST be registered under a full registration by a listed author. One registration may cover up to two papers.

Refund policy
All refund requests must be made via email to Marissa. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee before October 1, 2026, 11:59 CT. NO REFUNDS will be made after October 1, 2026 for any reason. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself - click on the registration link and select 'already registered' to access your account.
Payment/Invoice information
The only acceptable payment is via credit card through the registration site. We will not accept wire payment, check or PO. A receipt will be issued upon completion. Please use the address needed for your receipt during registration. You can change this yourself if you need to.
There will be a $25 fee for any changes to payments. If you use the wrong card and need to be refunded, there is a $25 fee associated.
